The rolling tool box is the wheeled base box that other Packout units stack onto. The trolley or cart is the wheeled base for moving a full stack around more easily. The drawer units are fixed Packout-format boxes with pull-out drawers, usually better for hand tools, fixings, and smaller gear you want quick access to.
