If your van's a mess, your day is a mess! We built this HiAce from the floor up to fix that, and broke it down into 4 zones so you can copy any (or all) of it for your own build.

🔩 ZONE 1: THE FALSE FLOORING SYSTEM

The foundation of the whole build. Cable, conduit, long tools, fittings, everything that used to roll around the floor now lives in deep slide out drawers, out of sight but instantly accessible.

What's included:
✅ 2 x large rear access drawers (290mm internal height)
✅ 1 x large passenger side drawer (290mm internal height)
✅ MDF wall on the floor, back wall and side wall for the drivers side door
✅ Rear door 3mm panels swapped out for carpeted 18mm MDF
✅ False walls left and right of the rear opening (18mm MDF), solid mounting points for anything you want to screw in

Why it matters for you: No more bending, no more digging. Pull the drawer, grab the gear, get on with the job.

🚪 ZONE 2: DRIVERS SIDE DOOR, THE FIXED PACK A SHELF SETUP

This side was purpose built for our Pack A Shelf system to slot straight in. Why? Because Packout boxes and tub holders need to be quick access. Nothing should ever be in front of them. Open the door, grab the box, go.

Gone are the days of crawling inside your van. The rear door was the perfect home for our 2.0 Dual Slider. Your tools come to you instead of the other way around. Pull it out, work off it, slide it back. Done.
