Terms & Conditions
Do you offer FREE Shipping?
Yes, we offer FREE shipping for all orders over $100 for
Australia, New Zealand, U.S.A and U.K. This excludes Pack A Shelf Items. All shipping
costs for Pack A Shelf Items will be calculated at checkout based on the weight
of the items and shipping destination.
Please note for international orders all VAT and duties are
the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our pricing.
How long does it take to receive my order?
All of our 3D Printed products are printed in house and made
to order, therefore please allow up to 5 business days for your order to be
printed and dispatched. (unless in sale periods, where dispatched timeframes
may be longer)
All shipping timeframes are based on the courier availability.
We predominantly use Auspost who advise their shipping timeframes as the following:
Standard Shipping: 3-6 business days
Express Shipping: 1 – 3+ business days.
Can I return and refund my order/items?
We offer change of mind returns on any items up to 14 days after
you have received your order. To be eligible for a return, the item/s must be
unused and in the original condition and packaging. Unfortunately, if 14 days
has passed, we cannot offer returns on your items.
Any items with custom text are not eligible for a return,
unless damaged or faulty.
Items with obvious signs of use, any item/s not in its
original condition or damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our
error and any item that is returned more than 14 days after the order was
delivered will be deemed as non-returnable items.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you
an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also
notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved,
then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied
to your credit card or original method of payment, within a few business days.
FOR AU CUSTOMERS: If you opted-in to Checkout+, your return shipping label is included, allowing you to return any item(s) in your order for a refund or exchange for free. If you opted out of Checkout+, no worries. You are still able to submit your return through our portal. However, you are responsible for all return shipping charges. Return labels should be purchased through our customer portal.
The item/s I have received are faulty or damaged, what do I do?
If your item is faulty or damaged when received, please get
in contact as soon as you receive the items. Please retain all original
packaging and do not use the product if faulty or damaged. If you notify
us of any faulty or damaged products more than 14 days after you received your
order, evidence will need to be provided that you have not used/open the
product and you have not left the order in weather/direct sunlight which can
compromise the products.
Please submit your claim here.
If care requirements for PETG products have not been
followed the product will not be deemed faulty. Information on PETG
material is listed under the MATERIAL tab on the product specific page.

If you need help or additional information on any of our products which you

to respond to all customer emails with 2 business days.
I want to order Pack A Shelf items, but don’t know where to start. Who can I talk to?
We offer Free Design Consults with our Founder, Luke, to help
you design a Pack A Shelf system to suit your set up, vehicle dimension and business.
Purchase a FREE Design consult on our website via the link
below, and you will be sent an email calendar link to book in a design consult
at a time that suits you. We offer Design Consults via Zoom or in-person at our
Bayswater VIC warehouse.

We also have heaps of helpful videos on our YouTube channel which
go through all of the different Pack A Shelf items and how to install them in
your Van or Ute.
Do you have a shop I can look at the products?
We have a small showroom in our Bayswater VIC warehouse
where we can show you our product offering and answer any questions (by appointment
only).
Otherwise, all of our items can be purchased online via our

I need my item/s ASAP, can I jump the queue?
Yes, if you can’t wait or need your products ASAP we offer
Jump the Queue as an add on in your cart.
This means your order jumps the queue of all other orders and
becomes a VIP by getting priority 3D printing and processing. Our 3D Printed
products can typically take between 4-5 days, with this you'll skip the line
and be the next on our printers!
How can I protect my shipment?
Yes, we offer an additional add on in your cart.
Shipping Protection covers packages that are lost, damaged,
or stolen during transit.
Coverage takes effect immediately following checkout and
continues until goods are delivered to the address provided at the time of
order.
Do you offer pick up for my order?
Yes, we offer pick up of any orders from our Bayswater VIC
warehouse.
Once you order is packed and fulfilled, you will receive an
email notification when it is ready for pick up.
Pick up orders can be collected from our warehouse between
9-5pm Monday to Friday. Excluding Public Holidays.
