How can I claim the gift with purchase?

Gifts with purchase are automatically added to your cart when you spend over $150. Please note gift card orders are not eligible for free gifts. If these are added automatically, they will be removed from your order. Our Gift with purchase is while stocks lasts. We have a limited number so ensure you get in early to receive this offer!

How long is it take to receive my order?

Due to this very busy period please allow up to 4 weeks to process your order during this period.

Our small but mighty team is working very hard to get your orders out as soon as possible!

Can I jump the queue?

Yes, we do offer a Jump the queue service for $25 if you want/need your order quicker! Please note this is only applicable to in stock items and will not speed up dispatch for Pre order items.

What if I ordered Pre Orders Items during EOFY?

Pre Order items and will be dispatched once the stock has arrived to our warehouse. Please refer to the estimated arrival date on the product pages for the most current timeframes.

Can I return and refund my EOFY Sale order?

All returns of items purchased during the EOFY sale period are eligible for store credit only, unless the item is damaged or faulty. Please note any customised items cannot be refunded, unless faulty. During the EOFY sale period we are offering extended returns for 30 days after your order has been delivered. If the 30-day period since your was delivered has passed, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund or exchange on your order.

All returns purchased during the EOFY period are eligible for store credit only, unless the item is damaged or faulty. All items must be returned in the original condition and original packaging to 3DPRO. Items with obvious signs of use or any item not in its original condition, is damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error and any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery will be deemed as non-returnable items. Shipping costs for returning items are to be paid by the customer. 3DPRO can provide a shipping label or alternatively the customer can arrange this themselves.

My order has damaged or faulty item/s in it. What do I do?

If your item is faulty or damaged when received, please getin contact as soon as you receive your order. Please retain all of the original packaging and do not use the product if faulty or damaged. If over 30 dayshas passed since the item was received, proof will need to be provided that the item has not been opened or used which may have caused damage.

If care requirements for PETG products have not been followed the product will not be deemed faulty and be considered damaged by the customer. Information on PETG material is listed under the MATERIAL drop down section on the product page of all 3D printed items.
