How long is the Black Friday Sale running in 2025?

The Black Friday Sale will be available to shop online only from 5pm AEST 6th November to the 1st of Decemeber at 11.59pm

What is Discount is being offered for Black Friday 2025?

Discounts will vary from 10-40%. Prices as marked.

Discounts cannot be combined with any other promotions, offers, or discount codes, unless explicitly stated.

How can I claim the Free $50 Giftcard?

If you spend over $200 in the sale in one transaction you are eligible for a free Gift card.

The gift card will automatically be added to your cart and you will get a unique code sent to your associated email address!

You will have 12 months from date of purchase to use your gift card

The gift card will be worth $50

Note: If you purchase multiple times during the sale period, you are only eligible for 1 x Gift card

How long is it take to receive my order?

Due to this very busy period please allow up to 4+ weeks to process your order during this period. Our small but mighty team is working around the clock to get your order out the door!

Can I jump the queue?

Yes, we do offer a Jump the queue service for $30 if you want/need your order quicker!

Please note this is only applicable to in stock items and will not speed up dispatch for Delayed items

Do you offer Free Shipping in BFCM?

Yes, we offer the following free shipping thresholds: 200 +

Please note free shipping thresholds are not applicable to Pack A Shelf Products, shipping for these products will be calculated at checkout depending on weight and shipping destination.

Can I return and refund my Black Friday Sale order?

All returns of items purchased during the Black Friday Sale
2025 period are eligible for store credit only, unless the item is damaged or
faulty. Please note any customised items cannot be refunded, unless faulty.

During the Black Friday Sale 2025 period we are offering
extended returns for 30 days after your order has been delivered. If the 30-day
period since your was delivered has passed, unfortunately we cannot offer a
refund or exchange on your order.

All returns purchased during the Black Friday Sale 2025
period are eligible for store credit only, unless the item is damaged or
faulty. All items must be returned in the original condition and original
packaging to 3DPRO. Items with obvious signs of use or any item not in its
original condition, is damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our
error and any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery will be
deemed as non-returnable items.

Shipping costs for returning items are to be paid by the customer.

3DPRO can provide a shipping label or alternatively the customer can
arrange this themselves. To arrange a return label please email

My order has damaged or faulty item/s in it. What do I do?

If your item is faulty or damaged when received, please get in contact as soon as you receive your order. Please retain all of the original packaging and do not use the product if faulty or damaged. If over 30 days has passed since the item was received, proof will need to be provided that the item has not been opened or used which may have caused damage.

Please email info@3dpromelbourne.com.au if you have received a damaged or faulty product and provide the following information:

If care requirements for PETG products have not been followed the product will not be deemed faulty and be considered damaged by the customer. Information on PETG material is listed under the MATERIAL tab on the product page of all 3D printed items.
