HOW QUICKLY CAN YOU ANSWER MY QUESTION?

We answer messages and emails in the order they are received and we try to respond as promptly as possible. We mostly reply within 24 hours of receiving a message or email.

CAN I CHANGE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS AFTER MY ORDER HAS BEEN PLACED?

Once an order is placed, our warehouse staff can pack and ship your order within 24 hours, so it's not always possible to process address change requests. If you notice an error, please email us ASAP with your name and order # so we can try to make a correction(s) to your package before it departs. There's no guarantee we can make it, especially once it leaves our warehouse, but we'll do everything we can!

HOW LONG IS THE PROCESSING PERIOD?

Order processing times are between 3-5 business days after the day you placed your order. Most packages are prepared within 24 hours, but if our warehouse is exceptionally backed up processing times can be longer.

GENERAL SHIPPING INFORMATION:

Our warehouse processes and ships out all orders Mondays - Fridays (excluding major holidays). After placing your order, your package should be shipped out within 3-5 days after your order is placed, and you will receive an email with the tracking number soon after.

WILL MY ORDER COME IN ONE PACKAGE?

Depending on the size of your order you may receive separate packages that may possibly arrive 1-2 business days apart.

OUT OF STOCK/BACKORDERED ITEMS:

In the event that any of your items are out of stock, we will send you an email to let you know when we expect to have the items shipped out by. If the items are not expected to be restocked within 2 weeks, we will just automatically refund you for those items.

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

Simply go to the Track My Order link on the Home Page or in the Main Menu and input your tracking number to see where your package is. If you need further assistance, we are always willing to help you.

WHY ISN'T MY TRACKING NUMBER WORKING?

Often, tracking numbers will only function on domestic orders, as foreign postal systems will not update the location of the package in our carriers' systems. International shipping usually takes between 2-4 weeks, so you can estimate that it will take about that long from the time your package ships until you'll receive it. If your order is domestic and the tracking number doesn't work, please let us know so we can make sure that your items were properly shipped.

THE TRACKING NUMBER SAYS DELIVERED, BUT I HAVEN'T RECEIVED MY ORDER?

Please email us at info@3dpromelbourne.com.au, so we can track it on your behalf. Often couriers may take it to your local post office if you were not home at the time of delivery.

Do you offer FREE Shipping?

Yes, we offer FREE shipping for all orders over $200 for Australia, New Zealand, U.S.A and U.K. This excludes Pack A Shelf Items. All shipping costs for Pack A Shelf Items will be calculated at checkout based on the weight of the items and shipping destination.

Please note for international orders all VAT and duties are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our pricing.

How long does it take to receive my order?

All of our 3D Printed products are printed in house and made to order, therefore please allow up to 5 business days for your order to be printed and dispatched. (unless in sale periods, where dispatched timeframes may be longer)

All shipping timeframes are based on the courier availability.
We predominantly use Auspost who advise their shipping timeframes as the following:

Standard Shipping: 3-6 business days

Express Shipping: 1 – 3+ business days.

Can I return and refund my order/items?

We offer change of mind returns on any items up to 14 days after you have received your order. To be eligible for a return, the item/s must be unused and in the original condition and packaging. Unfortunately, if 14 days has passed, we cannot offer returns on your items.

Any items with custom text are not eligible for a return,
unless damaged or faulty.

Items with obvious signs of use, any item/s not in its original condition or damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error and any item that is returned more than 14 days after the order was delivered will be deemed as non-returnable items.

All change of mind returns with incur a 10% restocking fee
and the cost of the return shipping label to be paid by the customer. If you need
help organising a return shipping label, please get in contact with us at info@3dpromelbourne.com.au

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you
an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also
notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved,
then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied
to your credit card or original method of payment, within a few business days.

The item/s I have received are faulty or damaged, what do I do?

If your item is faulty or damaged when received, please get
in contact as soon as you receive the items. Please retain all original
packaging and do not use the product if faulty or damaged. If you notify
us of any faulty or damaged products more than 14 days after you received your order, evidence will need to be provided that you have not used/open the
product and you have not left the order in weather/direct sunlight which can
compromise the products.

any damaged on faulty items and provide the following:

1. Your order number

2. A description of the damage/fault

3. Photos of the faulty/damaged item/s

If care requirements for PETG products have not been
followed the product will not be deemed faulty. Information on PETG

At 3DPRO, we use high-quality PETG filament for all of our 3D printed products.

Why PETG? Because it’s tough, water-resistant, and impact-resistant — making it the perfect material for trade accessories that need to handle real job site conditions.

While PETG offers some UV resistance, extended exposure to direct sunlight can still cause fading, warping, or degradation over time.

PETG has a uv resistance of around 70 degrees, however long exposure to direct sunlight can affect your product.

Pro tip: Avoid storing your 3D printed items behind glass (like a car windscreen or Packout clear lids), as it can act like a magnifying glass and speed up damage from the sun.

Great product ....been looking years for a bin for the outside of our motorhome.....this one i just put on the moho front cabin door, it does not take up space of our fold down table and is exactly the right volume for a cook off. On travel days , it gets squished in , unlike the hard little bin , which you end up juggling in and out of the cargo hold. Pretty sure this product was made for another purpose, however we have 3 of the standard buckets to put our flatout reels in no cross contamination between fresh and grey water, 2 standard buckets fit perfectly in the large bucket, with the shoulder strap, I can carry everything down the stairs of the moho. Fantastic products .

It has a really strong magnet on the back and takes a fair bit of weight.

love the idea but the magnet is too small, needs to be more square for better support. I find it also just sags at the front needs something like those supports in those collapsible washing baskets

Not bad but could be better.
I planned to use it for work in EWP’s but it’s a bit small and unsuited.
The magnet is too small and low so the bucket flops a little, it needs to be the width of the bucket and placed higher up.
There is only one handle so when you pick it up it wants to tip everything out.

so bloody handy , i have one in my truck and it sticks to the safty wall behind the driver , i stick my phone , glasses and wallet in it , and a bottle of water too , the other one is inside the van stuck to the other side and it has pencils and markers in it , it sticks to my work trolly and comes on site , bloody marvellous
